  • Facilitate the gift exchange process between donors and recipients.
  • Verify your identity via phone number authentication.
  • Send important notifications regarding your applications and gift status.
  • Prevent fraud and ensure community safety.
  • Improve our app functionality and user experience.

3. Data Sharing and Visibility

Public Information: Your name, city, and bio are visible on your public profile. The gifts you post are visible to all users.

Private Information: Your phone number is private by default. It is ONLY shared in the following specific scenarios:

  • If you are a Gift Owner and you select a winner, the winner will see your phone number to coordinate pickup/delivery.
  • If you are a Winner, the gift owner will see your phone number to coordinate delivery.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Content Moderation

All gifts and images are subject to review by our admin team. We reserve the right to reject or delete content that violates our policies (e.g., illegal items, inappropriate images).

5. Your Rights

You can request to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Soft-deleted data may be retained for audit and safety purposes for a limited period.
